James Patteson, Chair of the APWA Center for Sustainability, participates in the APWA 2020 Combined meeting in Kansas City, to collaborate with other APWA technical committees and set the strategic direction for the coming year.
North Hill

Residences at North Hill Groundbreaking – On July 31, 2020, the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors broke ground on the North Hill Development. The project includes 279 affordable apartments in five separate buildings, senior independent living facilities, a public plaza, and a 12-acre park. BHLG is proud to provide owner representative project management services in support of this important project.
